The Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee includes eminent epidemiologists and geneticists, the principal investigators of the Breakthrough Generations Study, and participants.
Advisory Committee
They meet twice a year to:
  • Provide advice to the principal investigators and the Oversight Body on the running of the study and scientific issues relating to the study.

  • Advise on the merits of research proposals and requests to conduct specific scientific analyses within the study.

  • Address participant issues.
